Centerpieces can be a major deal for any bride planning her wedding. What to use as centerpieces, the cost of centerpieces…the list goes on and on. But even centerpieces have their own trends for 2007. Below are some fresh ideas for centerpieces.
- Clustered tea roses in sorbet colors are very refreshing. Keep them in a low, clear vase as this adds to the clean, fresh feeling.
- A bed of stones can promote a peaceful, relaxed feeling.
- For an antique touch use colored-glass vases in various sizes.
- A truly unique ideas is to use calla lilies wrapped with a silver band (ribbon will do) enclosed in a beautiful clear urn. Surround this with tapered colors of the same color.
- Purchase "woodsy" centerpieces and accent with one or two boldly colored flowers. Cover with a glass dome and you have something that you and your guests are sure to love!
- Sleek, modern canisters in black and white add a touch of class to any table. Dress them up using brightly colored flowers.
- If the couple is really looking to put personality into the centerpieces, a wild free-form arrangement may be just the thing! Place the wild arrangement in a beautiful silver bowl.
- For a more rustic look, try using small plants in wood boxes.

A few more ideas for centerpieces:
- Mix up the table displays. Make some very traditional and some very unconventional. There's no rule saying they all have to be the same!
- Also mix up the size. If using candles as your centerpieces, make some taper and some smaller candles in a beautiful arrangement.
- Flowers don't absolutely have to go in a vase! For a more unusual look, try conch shells, wood boxes or silver chalices. This is a unique twist!
